The net yield is where the shocking truth lies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Hidden Expenses Eating Your Profit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your tenant pays you \u20b930,000 a month (\u20b93,60,000 a year). Your apartment is worth \u20b91 Crore. Your gross yield is a decent 3.6%.
